5th June 2025
The JCDecaux Community Channel is supporting two great Pride Month campaigns...
Firstly, the JCDecaux Community Channel is proud to support Birmingham Pride as it launches a bold new strategy focused on equity, inclusion, and community impact.
As one of the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ celebrations, Birmingham Pride attracts tens of thousands each year. In 2025, the festival is expanding its efforts to ensure Pride is accessible to everyone—particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key initiatives include:
To help raise awareness of these inclusive programmes, JCDecaux is running a citywide campaign on our digital screens in Birmingham.
“We are proud to be supporting Birmingham Pride, using our digital assets in Birmingham city centre to help raise awareness of the festival. The JCDecaux Community Channel creates real value through the power of the public screen and aims to amplify Out-of-Home’s role as a force for good in the community.”

Second up is the launch of the LGBT Foundation national campaign with support of JCDecaux Community Channel
National LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing charity, LGBT Foundation, has launched a new national campaign, 'This is What a Woman Looks Like', supported by JCDecaux Community Channel, celebrating the beauty and complexity of what it means to be and look like a woman in 2025.
Featuring a diverse range of women to maximise visibility and representation, the campaign includes; trans women, lesbian and bisexual women, women of colour, disabled women, older women, and others.
Developed by LGBT Foundation, the campaign will run on digital screens across the UK until the end of June through a partnership with the JCDecaux Community Channel – an initiative that enables not-for-profit community and charitable organisations to access digital Out-of-Home locations.
Laura Wilkinson (she/her), Co-Managing Director of LGBT Foundation said, “The question of what defines a woman is complex, and it’s crucial to recognise the diverse experiences of being a woman.”
Rachel Bottomley (she/her), Co-Managing Director of LGBT Foundation said, “By showcasing the full spectrum of women’s lived realities, the campaign aims to shift perceptions and challenge exclusion, offering much-needed space and visibility for all women. As LGBT Foundation marks its 50th anniversary in 2025, the campaign is a timely reflection on how the charity has evolved to meet the needs of LGBTQ+ communities, and the continuing fight for safety, equality and liberation.”
William Spencer, Chair of Pride Matters at JCDecaux UK, said “We are proud to support LGBT Foundation, using the power of the public screen to bring this important message to audiences, promoting visibility and inclusivity for women across the UK.”
Alongside the multi-channel campaign, LGBT Foundation has published free resources and guides on LGBTQ+ allyship and visibility, as well as downloadable assets to help people champion inclusivity.
