Wildstone's Damian Cox takes on Himalayan Charity Climb for Young Epilepsy and Lupus UK

24th July 2025

This October, Wildstone's Founder and CEO Damian Cox will embark on a demanding 15-day expedition to summit Ama Dablam – one of the Himalayas’ most iconic and challenging peaks – joined by close friends and fellow business owners, Bob Parkinson and Nigel Brunt (Titchfield Group).

Damian is aiming to raise £1,000,000 in support of Young Epilepsy and Lupus UK – two charities that are deeply meaningful to him. The climb is inspired by his 8-year-old daughter, who lives with both chronic conditions. Her strength and resilience are a daily source of motivation.

Through this challenge, Damian hopes to raise awareness, support the vital work of these organisations, and help improve the lives of children and families affected by these illnesses.

Climbing Ama Dablam will test them physically, mentally, and emotionally – but they do so with purpose: driven by love, loss, and the hope of making a meaningful difference.
